Well today I’m getting a double work out. I just completed a 2.5 mile jog and now it’s time for day 3 of insanity. Oh how I’m dreading it right now and I’ve been working out my arms I’m tired but I refuse to give up. Time to kick ass
Starting insanity today along with cleaning im serious about it this time im joing either the army or air force I have until September to make my decision every Monday I will do a weight in time to post my before picture.
My daily exercise routine will consist of insanity in the morning and a 30 mins jog.
Starting weight is 150 lets see where this gets me in 60 days just have to post my pictures.
